Growing up in the coastal area of Perth, Dean attended both Swanbourne High and Newman College, After living abroad in Ireland, Dean returned to study both Sports Science and Law at Edith Cowan and Murdoch University. His desire to increase his knowledge and also invest in property, led him to a career in real estate.
Dean's business focus has always been to nurture past relationships and provide a refreshing approach to real estate. In an industry where most agents achieve 20% of their business being generated from past clients and referrals - Dean achieves an enviable 85%. Dean has sold property for the same clients, who are now onto their 5th & 6th home.
Due to this client loyalty Dean's had the unique opportunity of selling throughout a large portion of the Perth metro area and uses all 7 Realmark offices. This diversity gives a very balanced approach to what is happening in the current real estate market. Whether it be million dollar coastal properties, inner city apartments, sprawling federation homes, modern swan valley residential or lifestyle rural; there is little Dean has not sold in the past 12 years.
In addition to property, Dean strongly believes in the strength of business ownership. Along with his partner Jenny, they own an Equestrian Coaching and Agistment centre in Henley Brook in the Swan Valley. Living with 12 horses is a peaceful way of life, a very big hobby and one they love to share.
Dean and Jenny travel regularly to Melbourne and Brisbane to stay abreast of changing market conditions and to experience first hand the changing face of Australian real estate.
Aside from property and businesses, Dean enjoys his motor bike and paddling his ski on the swan river; both Dean and Jenny participate in adventure racing and triathlons.
